Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of demonstrable HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced inquisitive approach
- Ability to calculate complex figures related to employment and compensation
