Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR transactions, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Execute full-cycle recruitment and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and support engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Two years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of employment and labor law
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
