Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records and HR transactions, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and support engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Two years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor law
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
