A company is looking for a Manager, Rewards to manage enterprise-wide reward activities to enhance quality performance across various business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the enterprise quality rewards program and oversee execution across applicable lines of business
- Analyze and report on rewards earned and redeemed, including their impact on various markets
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and effective program execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare managed care experience
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in managing teams or large-scale projects
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of IT architecture and processes
- Familiarity with Federal regulations, State regulations, and accreditation standards in healthcare
