Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Development professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement new talent rituals, including Succession Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Design
  • Analyze and interpret people data to create actionable insights for executive-level decisions
  • Collaborate with global People Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (required)
  • Master's degree in human resources or organizational development (preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related HR field
  • Hands-on experience with succession planning, performance management, or organizational design
  • Proven experience in analyzing and presenting people-related data to inform decisions
