Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute innovative recruitment strategies and manage all phases of the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business priorities and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and participate in recruiting events to attract top talent

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience across various roles
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles and priorities
• Experience in scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
