Key Responsibilities
- Execute innovative recruitment strategies and manage all phases of the recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business priorities and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and participate in recruiting events to attract top talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience across various roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methodology
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles and priorities
- Experience in scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams
