Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to manage recruitment strategies for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to recruit top candidates in defined market regions
• Develop action plans for growth in target markets and manage candidate sourcing efforts
• Maintain communication with leadership regarding recruiting progress and candidate pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
• Preferred experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment
• Experience supporting recruitment for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for accurate reporting
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources
