Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and present highly qualified technology professionals
- Lead comprehensive technical intake calls with clients to understand role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from initial outreach through onboarding
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of technology recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Strong background in recruiting for healthcare IT roles or working with healthcare industry clients (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical intake calls with hiring managers
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, particularly Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional technical acumen and the ability to influence clients and candidates
