Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record in hiring engineers
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive and strategic approach to talent engagement
• Deep familiarity with the Bay Area tech market and an established engineering network
• Experience hiring for developer tools, infrastructure, or design-oriented engineering teams
• Adaptable generalist capable of supporting hiring across various functions as needed
