Remote Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new smartphone sales representatives through the onboarding and training process for in-store roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new hires through the 5-step onboarding process from start to finish
• Assist employees in completing required online training assignments
• Track progress in onboarding spreadsheets and ensure accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Prior experience in onboarding, HR support, training, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
