Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist focused on Compensation Benchmarking & Pay Structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global pay benchmarking activities and maintain competitive compensation ranges
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to provide strategic insights for HR and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with country legislation for Total Rewards programs and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, and knowledge of Total Rewards tools
  • High proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits trends in the EMEA region and globally
