Key Responsibilities
- Manage global pay benchmarking activities and maintain competitive compensation ranges
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to provide strategic insights for HR and leadership
- Ensure compliance with country legislation for Total Rewards programs and policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, and knowledge of Total Rewards tools
- High proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation
- Understanding of compensation and benefits trends in the EMEA region and globally
