Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess candidates through screening and information gathering
- Develop and implement hiring plans based on market analysis and client needs
- Enhance candidate experience and maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in the technology industry
- 1+ years of experience with two or more Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- 1+ years of experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) products
- LinkedIn Certification is preferred
