Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess candidates through screening and information gathering
• Develop and implement hiring plans based on market analysis and client needs
• Enhance candidate experience and maintain compliance throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in the technology industry
• 1+ years of experience with two or more Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• 1+ years of experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) products
• LinkedIn Certification is preferred
