A company is looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR operations tasks and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and oversee payroll and leave support
- Assist with the Employee Handbook and maintain HR documentation and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience is required
- Prior HRIS experience, such as Workday, is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel and Word
