Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate recommendations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and present equitable offers
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company culture and opportunities to potential candidates
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment functions required
- Experience in a human resources department or recruiting environment preferred
- Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Word and Excel required
- HR or recruiting certifications preferred
