A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter responsible for high-volume recruiting and onboarding of clinical personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical personnel to meet staffing needs
- Collaborate with the Clinical team on candidate selection processes
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates to support business growth
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting for clinical personnel
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Experience with ATS and scheduling applications
- In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Must reside in the US
