Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in agency-style environments
- 5+ years of experience in external stakeholder management, particularly with C-suite executives
- 4+ years of demonstrated ownership in shaping recruiting tools and workflows
- 5+ years of highly organized process building experience in a fast-paced environment
