A company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of corporate work experience
- Prior recruiting coordinator experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
- Experience with GoodTime and Lever is a huge plus
