A company is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of corporate work experience
  • Prior recruiting coordinator experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset
  • Experience with GoodTime and Lever is a huge plus
