Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive revenue through upselling and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
  • Conduct deep discovery to uncover customer pain points and leverage consultative sales techniques
  • Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record
  • Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales skills, including persuasive negotiation and effective closing techniques
  • Ability to act as a strategic consultant and challenge prospects' perspectives
  • Proven capacity to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving sales environment
