Job Summary
A company is looking for an HCM Program Analyst to support and optimize core applications for their People & Culture strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, designing, and implementing enhancements to core applications
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and notifications for efficient data capture
- Act as a backup Administrator for core applications and provide user support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with Viewpoint, B2W, Procore, and other core applications
- Ability to work effectively in teams with a customer-centered approach
- Experience in developing and executing test plans for system upgrades
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal responsibility for health and safety
