A company is looking for a Leave Administrator to manage employee leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on various leave types and manage the entire leave process
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping
- Provide general HR support and assist with audits related to leave activity
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience administering employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA
- Experience managing the end-to-end leave process and coordinating Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims
- Familiarity with multi-state leave laws and compliance requirements
- Preferred certifications include PHR, aPHR, or SHRM
