Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Administrator to manage employee leave programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on various leave types and manage the entire leave process
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Provide general HR support and assist with audits related to leave activity
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience administering employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA
  • Experience managing the end-to-end leave process and coordinating Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims
  • Familiarity with multi-state leave laws and compliance requirements
  • Preferred certifications include PHR, aPHR, or SHRM
