Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Solutions Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ATS platforms based on client recruiting needs using documented best practices
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand hiring workflows and translate them into system logic
• Deliver virtual training sessions to help hiring managers and HR teams adopt new tools

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, application steps, and hiring stages
• Experience supporting or executing ATS setups, either internally or in a client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation tasks in parallel
• Effective communicator who can present clearly to users with varying levels of tech comfort
• Problem-solver with a track record of identifying root causes and resolving system issues quickly
