Key Responsibilities
- Configure ATS platforms based on client recruiting needs using documented best practices
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand hiring workflows and translate them into system logic
- Deliver virtual training sessions to help hiring managers and HR teams adopt new tools
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows, including job requisitions, application steps, and hiring stages
- Experience supporting or executing ATS setups, either internally or in a client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementation tasks in parallel
- Effective communicator who can present clearly to users with varying levels of tech comfort
- Problem-solver with a track record of identifying root causes and resolving system issues quickly
