Key Responsibilities
- Design and modify compensation structures, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals
- Analyze compensation data to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent
- Provide consultative guidance on compensation strategies and lead cross-functional projects related to compensation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Seven or more years of experience in executive, broad-based, or sales compensation
- Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred
- Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Exceptional analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
