A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and modify compensation structures, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals
  • Analyze compensation data to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent
  • Provide consultative guidance on compensation strategies and lead cross-functional projects related to compensation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Seven or more years of experience in executive, broad-based, or sales compensation
  • Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification preferred
  • Experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
  • Exceptional analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
