Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsible for leading a team of recruiters in supporting federal contract proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with proposal managers and business development teams
- Manage the end-to-end proposal staffing process, including candidate sourcing and offer negotiation
- Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably for a US government contractor
- Experience in a high-volume, matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and employment laws
- Ability to pass a background check
