Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HRIS or broader HR technology, with deep Workday expertise
• 3-5 years of experience managing inclusive, high-performing teams within HR technology
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring early-career talent
• Strong experience in building operational support models and driving automation
• Demonstrated success in streamlining processes and introducing workflow improvements
