A company is looking for a Manager, People Operations (HR).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day people operations and manage employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution of people programs
- Support HR system adoption and maintain compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an operations role
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Rippling)
- Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
