Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior-Level Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and provide hands-on HR assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and federal health roles
- Build proactive pipelines for surge needs and drive proposal/capture recruiting
- Support onboarding, policy upkeep, HRIS updates, and employee relations intake
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in federal contracting
- Proven success in cloud, cyber, DevSecOps, and federal health recruiting
- Demonstrated expertise in proposal/capture recruiting and fast-paced delivery hiring
- Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR
