  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for payroll and benefits management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • In-depth understanding of benefits laws and compliance for the U.S., Canada, and LATAM
  • Strong knowledge of HR tech stack and payroll systems
  • Proven ability to create and implement strategies for organizational effectiveness
