- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- In-depth understanding of benefits laws and compliance for the U.S., Canada, and LATAM
- Strong knowledge of HR tech stack and payroll systems
- Proven ability to create and implement strategies for organizational effectiveness
