Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and administers competitive and legally compliant compensation programs
  • Advises on base pay, short-term and long-term incentive administration
  • Assesses market compensation trends and audits job and pay levels


Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
  • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation program design and administration
