- Develops and administers competitive and legally compliant compensation programs
- Advises on base pay, short-term and long-term incentive administration
- Assesses market compensation trends and audits job and pay levels
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
- Excellent quantitative reasoning skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation program design and administration
