Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the iCIMS platform and lead the Workday recruiting implementation
• Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and oversee system processes
• Ensure data integrity and influence configuration and design decisions in Workday

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical HR role
• At least 1 year of HRIS administration and project management experience
• Experience supporting iCIMS and Workday recruiting implementations
• Demonstrated ability to transition from project management to technical system expertise
