Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead talent management strategies and programs to enhance employee growth and performance
- Oversee employee experience initiatives and translate feedback into actionable strategies for engagement and culture improvement
- Manage onboarding programs and drive HR analytics to innovate talent processes and ensure operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Employee Experience roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, OD, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Experience with Engagement Survey Tools for employee listening and experience design
