Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to design an organization that scales efficiently while preserving core values and culture
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, and policies across multiple countries
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role at a technology company
- Experience scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment (Series B-D stage preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience building and implementing HR programs and policies with measurable results
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent management and development programs
