Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People to lead its global people strategy during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global HR strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership to design an organization that scales efficiently while preserving core values and culture
  • Oversee HR operations, compliance, and policies across multiple countries
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role at a technology company
  • Experience scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment (Series B-D stage preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing HR programs and policies with measurable results
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent management and development programs
