Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Care Associate to join their Latin American HR Shared Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update employee information in SAP and HCM
  • Provide support for employee queries using various contact methods
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents and support HRSS projects with administrative assistance
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Portuguese is preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HCM), case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures and manage tasks in a high volume environment
