Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and support HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll functions for 150+ employees, including processing new hires and terminations, compliance, and reporting
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as benefits administration, compliance reporting, and onboarding
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, verify payroll data, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent
  • 4+ years of related experience or equivalent
  • Experience in a hybrid role requiring both HR and Payroll expertise
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or ADP Total Source; ADP TeamPay is a plus
  • Experience with global payroll preferred, including in Canada, Italy, UK, France, Germany, and the US
