A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator - Part Time Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US employees, including data entry and remittances
- Prepare payroll reporting and support year-end activities, including tax forms
- Administer employee benefits and maintain the HRIS, responding to employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience (Canadian required; US payroll experience an asset)
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or other payroll platforms
- Experience with group benefits administration; Sun Life experience an asset
- HRIS experience (BambooHR preferred or similar system)
- Ability to work independently while handling sensitive information with confidentiality
