Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator - Part Time Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle payroll for Canadian and US employees, including data entry and remittances
  • Prepare payroll reporting and support year-end activities, including tax forms
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain the HRIS, responding to employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle payroll experience (Canadian required; US payroll experience an asset)
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or other payroll platforms
  • Experience with group benefits administration; Sun Life experience an asset
  • HRIS experience (BambooHR preferred or similar system)
  • Ability to work independently while handling sensitive information with confidentiality
