HRIS Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst II to provide production support for global Human Capital Management technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for HR technology and assist end users with HR case management and data management
• Analyze and resolve HRIS inquiries, maintain positive client relations, and support ongoing system maintenance and design
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and training materials while ensuring compliance with data privacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or information systems, with HR and Workday experience required
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data related to HR information systems
• Knowledge of global data privacy laws, including CCPA and GDPR
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
