Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst II to provide production support for global Human Capital Management technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for HR technology and assist end users with HR case management and data management
- Analyze and resolve HRIS inquiries, maintain positive client relations, and support ongoing system maintenance and design
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and training materials while ensuring compliance with data privacy policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or information systems, with HR and Workday experience required
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data related to HR information systems
- Knowledge of global data privacy laws, including CCPA and GDPR
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
