HR Business Partner Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner Manager to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance
• Lead change management efforts and ensure alignment of initiatives with business priorities
• Support performance management practices and design employee engagement programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner role
• Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools
