Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Customer Success to lead the Customer Success team and enhance the customer experience throughout the post-sale lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Success team to engage with customers, build relationships, drive adoption, and manage renewals
  • Own the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding, support, and retention
  • Develop strategy and process improvements for growth and efficiency while measuring key success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in customer success, with 4+ years managing customer-facing teams in a SaaS environment
  • Experience building and scaling customer success operations focused on customer accountability
  • Strong operations leadership with a process and product-savvy background
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Customer-facing experience with technology adoption in slow-moving industries preferred
