Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner for Sales leadership to drive revenue performance and strategic insights
- Develop and improve the global in-quarter sales forecasting process in collaboration with regional sales leaders
- Lead annual territory and quota design cycles to ensure equitable coverage and support scalable growth
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in supporting large, global B2B SaaS sales teams across all segments
- Deep expertise in sales planning, forecasting, analytics, and process design
- Strong business acumen and executive presence to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing or partnering closely with systems and data teams
