Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from business clients via phone, email, and chat
- Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Use the CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated to achieve personal and team goals
- Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge
- Experience with cold calling (preferred)
- Must reside in specified locations: Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Oklahoma, or Iowa
- Virtual position requires a distraction-free workplace with high-speed internet (25 MBPS or higher)
