Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Executive, Personal Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential and exceeding profit objectives
- Support agencies by identifying cross-selling opportunities and facilitating training and workshops
- Complete strategic plans for agency assignments, diagnose agency needs, and implement marketing strategies to attract new business
Required Qualifications
- Three years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
