Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist who will manage patient referrals and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enters referrals within established timeframes and meets productivity and quality standards
• Communicates with referral sources and ensures documentation is routed for physician signature/completion
• Works with local branch leadership to provide appropriate inventory and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or related fields
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment preferred
