Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Value Engineer to spearhead the development and execution of value engineering strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling value propositions and ROI models in collaboration with customer teams
• Lead the implementation of value-based selling methodologies and tools
• Conduct value discovery workshops and perform data analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in value engineering, solution consulting, or sales engineering in the SaaS industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth through value-based selling
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial metrics such as ROI and TCO
• Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel
