Loan Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Assistant to support the customer journey from application to funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers by gathering required documentation to complete loan applications
• Manage a pipeline of 30 loan closings per month effectively
• Ensure compliance with submission requirements and assist with borrower requests

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to review and interpret internal guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent
