• 7+ years of experience in managing credit and debit card partnerships or relevant experience in the payments industry
• Proven track record in managing complex partnerships with a focus on credit and debit card issuing
• Strong experience collaborating with diverse internal teams and external partners
• Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, credit card networks, and industry regulations
