Job Summary

A company is looking for an Individual and Medicare Phone Sales Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed benefits management support for Medicare and Individual/family lines of business
• Support the full life cycle of the product portfolio, including benefit scenario and operational impact analysis
• Provide support and thought-partnership to stakeholders for the successful delivery of the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of experience working with benefits in a Medicare product life cycle capacity
• Experience working with diverse teams and staff
• Broad and deep experience with current Medicare benefits and product portfolio
• Experience supporting scenario and impact analysis for annual strategic benefit planning
