Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with CRO and Finance to set bookings and revenue targets, and operationalize core GTM KPIs
  • Lead forecasting processes and monitor pipeline metrics, providing insights to Sales and Marketing
  • Design and optimize the revenue funnel and build scalable processes to enhance sales productivity


Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Strategic GTM roles in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven success in supporting revenue organizations scaling from $30M to $100M+
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, sales process design, territory planning, and funnel management
  • Strong Salesforce and GTM systems expertise with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
