Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with CRO and Finance to set bookings and revenue targets, and operationalize core GTM KPIs
- Lead forecasting processes and monitor pipeline metrics, providing insights to Sales and Marketing
- Design and optimize the revenue funnel and build scalable processes to enhance sales productivity
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Strategic GTM roles in high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven success in supporting revenue organizations scaling from $30M to $100M+
- Deep expertise in forecasting, sales process design, territory planning, and funnel management
- Strong Salesforce and GTM systems expertise with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
