Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member experience and support throughout their recovery journey
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve basic concerns while escalating complex issues as needed
- Maintain clinical template accuracy and update clinical schedules daily to align with operational needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, or customer service in a metrics-driven environment
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Clinical Operations or related fields
- Proven experience maintaining provider templates and schedules
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Sheets, with advanced skills preferred
