Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Template Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional member experience and support throughout their recovery journey
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve basic concerns while escalating complex issues as needed
  • Maintain clinical template accuracy and update clinical schedules daily to align with operational needs
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, or customer service in a metrics-driven environment
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Clinical Operations or related fields
  • Proven experience maintaining provider templates and schedules
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Sheets, with advanced skills preferred
