Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative to handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers while delivering quality service
- Prepare documents to fulfill customer requests and maintain accurate customer account information
- Educate customers on policy terms and cancellation processes, and make outbound calls as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform accurate data input into various software
- PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
