Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
• Seven years of previous related experience
• Ability to convert customer cancellation requests and perform complex negotiations
• Must reside and work in the U.S
• No specific certifications or licenses required
