Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Manager in a remote capacity for the Nevada region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and oversee financial structures
• Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff, ensuring adherence to company standards
• Analyze financial information of loan applicants and explain available loan options to customers

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License is required
• 3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team
• 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending environment
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including compliance and underwriting guidelines
• Proven ability to build and mentor sales staff to achieve production goals
