Job Summary

A company is looking for a Short-Term Disability Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage new and ongoing STD, SDI, and AM claims accurately and timely
• Gather and assess relevant information to support claim decisions
• Maintain detailed documentation in claim systems and develop management plans for optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of STD claims experience preferred
• Knowledge of STD, SDI, and Absence management products and relevant regulations preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pathology preferred
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required
